IMO a different crew will move the rig. Makes sense to me to tell the drilling boys to listen to the Beatles "8 days a Week", take two and call Eric in the morning.
If it was me (thanks it's not) I'd move the camp. 12hrs shifts are hard enough and no need to be driving the crew around on their own time. And I'd let U4 ST1 sit while drilling a second target before the wet season. U4 ST1 could be worked on later if the wet season gets off to a slow start.
