Better to refer to summary page which shows the number of each type. The other one (yours) is only displaying those companies which want own names disclosed to public anytime. For an instance, B got license ages ago, today it decides to inform ODC of its consent to disclose its name, then ODC can update that page you mentioned.So actually no change to the total licenses so far.
