    Morning all !

G'day @MSIMaker yes ResApp did go into a voluntary suspension last time because of the corrupted recordings which stuffed up the data as we know. The company required more time than just a few days while in a trading halt to work out why things went the way they did. This time those issues have been avoided due to the recordings being 97% usable. IMO This is one of the reasons this time the US Smartcough-C 2 study is taking longer to finalize as this time they actually have usable recordings etc.

Happy to see a trading halt come through this morning, on time as management assumed. What this means at this point is that the university has received all the data from the clinic and ResApp will now send through the robust app to cough up the obstructive sleep apnea results. these results will be compared to a polysomnography, (Gold Standard) which is currently around 80 to 85% accurate I believe. If we are anywhere near as accurate as that this will be a Goliath. In saying that we only need to be as accurate as home sleep tests as they are the go to test, first up in 75% of cases due to insurance companies pushing this on doctors. HST tests are less reliable more time consuming and less accurate than a polysomnography test BUT thousands of dollars cheaper than having a study performed within a clinic. This makes me very excited about what RAP could have here as we will be even cheaper than HST, potentially more accurate, more reliable and speeding up the process for a faster diagnosis. this will save insurance companies and individuals big dollars! I believe HST tests are around 10 - 15% less accurate in detecting OSA compared to Gold Standard...

All the very best to all let's see some good results ...

    Cheers
