I think they’re full of it. The Directors are not providing full disclosure to shareholders and having each way bets to support their poor decision making. This is just another company that ASIC should be all over, but as usual, it’s the sucker shareholders left holding the empty bag whilst Directors take huge salaries with demonstrated poor performance; absolutely no question. What have they achieved to have been paid a shed load of cash, most of which was coughed up by existing holders? A big fat nothing.
