For those members who can’t speak Chinese , I can assure you this is nothing to do with Daigou. They are just Chinese tourists traveling overseas, when they came back to china , they have to pay tax for the goods they bought from other countries. This photo was probably taken 3 years ago. This video also was came from an anti Chinese government organization.
