How sure are you they have enough cash?

In the annoucements released last year they said they had enough cash until Dec 2003. We are now in Jan and the trading halt was requested on the back of CM Capital Investments not coming to the party. There must be a shortage of cash or if not then other problems.

Does anybody know if Mazzocchi is a voluntary liquidation specialist?

I have half paniced and put a sell offer in for half my shares.

I have been trying to contact BGN but have not been able to get any info.
