Hey Belen,
BHP ADR trades on the NYSE and regularly trades in decent volume. BHP on the ASX almost always opens within +/- 0.5% from the previous nights ADR close.
To get the Aus equiv price for the ADR you need to get the ADR price, divide by 2 (2 shares per ADR) and then divide by the AUD/USD exchange rate (convert to AUD).
Last nights ADR close was $US 80.96, so that translates to $A 43.35 (using 0.9338 as AUDUSD).
