Oh Oh so how would you know this information unless you are a related party or associate of the BOD.
This statement is exactly what shareholders are saying there is an incestuous group that control this company with no regard for genuine shareholders nor experience in the public sector let alone the dairy industry.
AT least the shareholder group are trying to bring transparency, fairness and genuine care for creating value to ALL shareholders of this company not just a select group.
Respect and trust is something that has to be earned not a right, and to think that Fiji will be the saviour of this company is nothing short of fanciful.
Agline was going to be the be all and end all, where did that end up. Originally the dairy project was max.$50M now $150M(company announcements attest to this) as usual bigger than Ben Hur chasing that illusive pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. History of this BOD has proven time and time again that they do not deliver what they procrastinate, would be wise to do some director searches Katalogue it is all there in black and white(not being racist), it does not tell a pretty story.
