The odd thing here is that COP have said in writing that they are in arbitration with FAR in their 10Q quarterly reports.......and WPL have not said they are directly involved in arbitration in their ASX reports but have said FAR case against COP is without merit.

Cairn in the last half yearly say dispute is between Woodside and FAR....

clear as mud?

Perhaps WPL are trying to work out some kind of deal with FAR which is the process that "has to run its course" before TOR continues at arbitration.......

The ICC secrecy thing has knobs on it. Stupid system compared to ICSID.
