You miss the point completely.
Its not about what you or anyone else on here thinks, its about how material information is or isn't passed on by the company.
Everyone has an opinion but until information is officially announced by FAR itself through proper channels then its BS.
This is my biggest bug bear about management.

I don't want to read, though interesting, posters opinions when the company has not confirmed it officially as its only a posters opinion after all.
I want the company to tell us all officially where they are now at and if anything has changed.
Surely WPL now being the defendant is material?
Reading posters opinions about this material change means absolutely nothing until confirmed by an official announcement so agreeing or disagreeing with opinions will be just a discussion point of view.

What I'm saying is the revelation, if true, that WPL are now the defendant is a material change so FAR should clarify it for shareholders as they were the ones who launched the action against COP.
Then again this is IMOO and if no one really gives a toss then its just another post down the plug hole....
