Well given the recent Anns on a lot of other Aussie G plays in East Africa, (not withstanding the share price pain we have endured) VRC haven’t done too bad progressing the project. BAT GPX WKT all had some sort of funding in their back pocket only to now find the back pocket had a hole in it. BKT have gone down the same beaten path WKT took so good luck there and KNL are still going through their pain waiting on what they hope will be funding out of Germany, but nothing is in the bag yet and the ML stipulation on using Tanzanian banking to facilitate the companies business may not sit well with the Germans regardless of Tanzania being a former German colony or not.
So with all due respect to the other G plays, my bet is VRC will be the first Aussie G play to be funded in Tanzania via the bond.
What a turnup that will be, I wonder if then you will give credit where its due P.
