The other problem the SP has is with the recent 2 major announcements we have had only 1 maybe 2 day rallies before its gets sold in the proceeding days. a floor has just unable to be found...and my worry is this will happen again. AGY hasnt captured LT holding interest in the last 6 months and its become a traders haven. Whether or not a PEA or OT will change perception i dont know but its sucks that we are well below fair value and slipping further and we are now trading below what we were 12 months ago (oct 9 2017 25.5c). That really is a kick in the guts.....
