We will likely get an ANN. One saying something like: Finalization of POSCO transaction. It would come after perhaps the Department of Mines approval and registration. And it won't be US$280 millions. AUS is down relative to US since first announcement of deal at 400mil AUS. And yes there's land involved so escrow is likely. Merger and acquisition lawyers likely involved too.
