    Shorts seem to be slowly dropping away at 16.06%

    I saw this in pls just before a rise/spike from 90c to $1.10 back in july 18

    It seemed to me that the smart shorts were exiting before a small squeeze
    Anyway if it happens here could be a good time to take some money off the table
    as the shorts cover
