Options to raise funds would be partner either private or a publically listed funder.
Alternatively a placement or rights issue.
Neither seems that bigger task so I cannot see funding being an issue.
Wording of recent MMX releases and fact that they have now started proceedings against their own former director and co-defendent indicates they now recognise they have a problem.
There choice is do they settle or fight relying on defence of Grimaldi Barnes and co.
Are they going to bet the farm in a all or mothing case offer some form of settlement. Then its an issue of did any of the existing board know that CHM was raided. If it is shown they knew then balance of board will want them out.
