    The big day is upon us.. Today or tomorrow GMC will inform us if they fail to meet the conditions precedent and the convertible note becomes payable, which is highly IMMINENT now.

    Shareprice will definitely take a bit hit because GMC will owe $8m and lose the smelters. Critical times ahead especially with moratorium already in place in Indonesia.
