Everyone is overlooking his conclusion

Maybe those 20 lines sum everthing up

The parties abandoned the contract immediately after entering it.

ANZ/Opes are estopped from relying upon the contract.

In other words ..a margin loan under normal terms will be interposed between the parties.

This implies full beneficial and equity interest in the securities.
And a return of all collateral after the loan is met.

A total unwinding of ANZs sales less the amount outstanding under the margin (if any)
