@picastoc it is very simple, It all started with this homophobe advocating to discriminate against homosexual children.
If a school rejects a child based on their sexuality, defund that school, I don't mind the premise that every child should get equal government funding for education but I don't want my taxpayer money supporting discrimination. If a school wants to have a policy that being homosexual disqualifies your from going their, they can be bigots on their own dime.
Shockingly, even Andrew Bolt of the hard right agrees.
