The next NT election is in Aug 2020.
The job demand for the refinery will be more noticeable than the very distant mine which will be mainly fifo.
It will be in their sights to get that well and truly going prior to the election.
IMO, end of next year will be the perfect storm.
If all the approvals are through by then, finance will follow and work can begin at both sites.
