I think the worst case scenario mentioned by others, regarding DNA losing the lease right on the Star Vegas land, isn't consistent with Cambodia's push to open up the industry to large developed players. The minister's quote in the article spells out the Government's support for large, legitimate, IR businesses capable of investing hundreds of millions into Cambodia. I'd imagine the trouble DNA is experiencing is being watched by potential entrants into the Cambodian market. This new regulatory structure should be a positive medium term catalyst for DNA as a large established player.
