The key part of the announcement to me is the request under 7.1A, the request under 7.1 is standard but the additional capacity request under 7.1A is interesting and not usual and to me signifies something very positive.

For me it’s a no brainer to approve this request  

See below from the Ann the plans if a placement occurs including the key point for me ....... “pursue distressed asset opportunities”

Finally the last quarterly has about 3.2m in cash with a suggested spend of 900k, so in the quarterly we see in the next little while there should be around 2.3m cash left, so we have plenty of cash and imo any placement over the next 12 months under 7.1 or 7.1A could be of a very significant nature.
