On my Ipad the sound is completely clear, but low in last half. Please listen to the last 5 minutes, where Amanda very effectively explains why the key complaints are completely wrong.
And she answers the accusation of ignoring her major accusers by pointing out that Wong Tak arrived at the plant unannounced recently, was welcomed, given a full tour and lunch, and then offered a comprehensive briefing on all the issues he publicly complains about - but HE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO THE BRIEFING. Presumably as a ‘retired schoolteacher and activist’, as described by the very competent interviewer, this detail was too much for him!
