letter from centro re: capitalisation..., page-8

re: letter from centro capitalisation... We haven't heard a great deal from Centro in the past few weeks then all of a sudden we have phone interviews with US newspapers and one-on-one briefings with Aus papers last week.

There have been numerous articles of a similar nature to the AFR one written in the past few weeks by SMH, Age, Australia and even the AFR itself. Where was the company when these came out? Nowhere to be seen. Then all of a sudden we get a response today.

As I said Friday night, I've been round long enough to recognise the start of a PR/comms campaign when I see one.

IMO this is the lead up to whatever is going to be announced in the next 7 days. I predict we'll see more from the company before the 'real' ann comes out.

I do like the last line of the ann though. They were using 'stakeholders' for a while. Now it's 'shareholders'. We like that.
