    its takes till page 5 out of 7 to finally do the big reveal and say the offer is at 14c
    why would anyone pay 14c when you can buy now at 10c
    and Pattos has underwritten it to the value of $3 mil worth???
    that means they will potentially buy 21 mil shares

    what am I missing?
