They have 1.1c cash in bank
So this has currently an EV of 10-or so million... which is ridiculously cheap for all the IP, client base & traction they have with partners of the caliber of EXL
AMP didn't say go away - they said it wasn't right for that particular product & are looking at others
Liberty Mutual didn't say go away - they said it wasn't right for that particular product & there are MULTIPLE other product lines / journeys in discussion
The EXL partnership looks very strong & the joint pitches will result in quality engagements from high profile paying customers.
During the webinar, I also like the fact that they are now very open to dealing with Tier-2 size businesses in the USA which are still of the size of Aussie Tier-1 businesses. This will mean that the sales cycles will reduce further & there will be less red tape to revenue.
These levels IMO are absolute bargain basement & there is only upside from here... remember they have 12 months of cash reserves to deliver - this is a very long time when you are engaged in the likes of EXL.
