Prior to the last cap raise it seemed the share price was maintained higher so the raise was done at a palatable level. The mention by Iggy of another cap raise seems to have convinced people to sell in hope of buying back at reduced cap raise prices. Firstly, a cap raise isn't definitely happening (I think). Secondly, it seems to me that it's possible that prior to a cap raise and without forward notice the sp could be brought up and maintained at a higher level to reduce dilution.
