Because if the company buys back at the average of 5% of the sp during the last five days we would be looking at a sp BB at 2.2-2.3 cents ... how would that be benificail to share holders who have a average of 3.cents ... if not keeping the sp down but not exceeding lower then the BB .
That’s the way I understand this please correct me if I’m wrong ?
