I agree on small BUYback or free Bonus options to S/H's (I put this to JP he wasn't keen) something just to get some attention and interest and reward long-term and new S/Hs

GOLD AUD $1700oz+ = nothing!! Vanadium Price 20-26lbs USD = Nothing !!
JP and team continuing to discover gold on trend expanding projects by 100's koz+ = nothing
I know in time we will see the SP forced up in time just as the fundamentals grow so large as attracting market attention finally takes out the forced sellers and stale holders ... but that might well not be anytime soon
