It doesn't help that PB is using the "Mining Licence" terminology that doesn't align with any of the terminology used by the NT Gov so therefore completely ambiguous - to the retail shareholder with no understanding of the NT's permitting process -  TNG as usual. 

I'm confident that PB is referring to the "Mineral Leases (ML's)" - these have been lodged many years ago and are subject to Native Title Approval.

The final step, which will require a completed and robust MMP (addressing all the recommendations and a Water Abstraction Plan)  is the "Mining Authorisation".

PB said that we can look forward to some clarity regarding permitting by the end of the quarter. That's great but I think we should have had clarity regarding the process from the beginning.
