They can if they can provide evidence that it's impacted the company financially. They most certainly can. If her comments released after they've produced Syngas has resulted a sell off in SP. After positive news - it would be hard to defend that it's not a direct correlation.
She and her coven could be sued for defamation, financial loss, damages and obstruction. IMO
