    Ok. So I spoke to QBL today to clarify some things for myself.

    I bought online as I was being impatient on waiting for my paperwork, filled out all the details and paid via bpay which all worked fine.

    iI then got the paperwork in the mail and I just simply did another bpay under step 2 on the form. Did not have to do anything else except deposit money with that form.

    Both worked
