We still have the classic aggregation model in play. Everything looks good on paper, but just think of the cost of changing culture, systems etc. I would prefer CAJ to hang out their own shingle, but when you look at the board, it's devoid of medical expertise! NSW was not impossible, but ended up a failure. I have my fingers crossed that this experience is not repeated!
