Certainly not blaming the CEO for the Wall St sell-off but more so for sell-off of RHC shares.
Announcement timing of the 20% increase of bid price (eve of Wall St. sell-off), it is too much and waiving the competition regulatory approval.
Seems like ill advise from brokering advisory services who wants the deal closed as there were signs of Wall St. sell-off and they want their cut for closing the deal.
Sure is going to take a few years for RHC to recover. Certainly won't be buying in the short term.
