if someone was trying to unload then props would make sense to hold the price up...but why would they also be using caps ?? To make sure they don't sell their shares for too much ?? lol. Using caps and props would certainly keep the traders out of their way if they were patiently trying to accumulate at a certain price. By keeping the range tight they won't have to give too many back in the process.

The other option is that they are deliberately keeping it low to get access to the 75 mill placement as cheaply as possible. But as MS has indicated that they won't need the cash for a little while then they would have to keep playing this game for some time.

Not saying I'm right or I know but common sense tells me they are most likely accumulating slowly. It may even be the same group that CVI are negotiating with for the finance. As they have control of when the finance will be delivered they can now afford to take control of the SP and patiently accumulate leading up to the deal being announced. Almost sounds illegal but nothing would surprise. As long as they don't mine for nothing.
