Avita's Customer Service Line

While at work today I was discussing Recell and Avita Medical as a whole with some peers and the topic of expiration dates came up. So I called their customer service line (which was not toll-free BTW) and the recorded message said the operator was busy and that they answer the calls in the order they were received. After a few minutes, I placed the phone on speaker and continued to do work in my office. I held on to the call for what seemed like an eternity while I worked away on my computer. I decided to let it ride for the entire hour and when it hit the 60 minute mark, I finally hung up.

From a customer perspective standpoint, this is a huge problem. The FDA approved their product for sale in the US and they don't seem ready to play in the big league. The problems could be one or more of the following:

1) They are really that busy yet haven't adjusted their customer service support to handle the new business.
2) They were closed for the afternoon but failed to change their messaging.
3) They didn't leave me an option to leave a message so they could get back to me.
4) As mentioned above, the customer service line was not toll-free. This is more of a nuisance than anything but still doesn't present well IMHO.

Avita's customer service number is 1-833-462-8482 if anyone wishes to contact them directly. In the mean time, I have heard several variations of the Recell expiration date so if anyone stumbles across the correct answer, please provide the information and the source. It would be much appreciated!
