Yes, they're generating revenue...but not profits. Nearmap recently raised $70-$80 million and I think they are still a few years away from being profitable. These businesses require cash and Spookfish doesn't have any. Eagleview does. Your pleas are heard, But please consider the real position and cast your vote based on facts. The pity is that Eagleview is private and owned by VCs rather than a public entity because then we could have accepted a cash plus shares in EVT deal which would have given us an upside in the future success.
