Hows it going to fund the $1.8 billion to build the plant?
.. it only has $150m in working capital ... $500m debt facility
Is the rest a dilution ?
They will still have to find over $1 billion.
Thats another 500 million shares at todays price.
Means existing shareholders get creamed ... lose over 40% even at 50c now
