What if the takeover is from PDN on low values?
Healy owns 10% only. Swaby after Lift Capital about .09% if she does not get her DYL shares back. Dr Leon may get a directorship from PDN with an options package that adequately compensates for his loss on DYL. Swaby may also receive adequate PDN options / shares to compensate. Hypothetical but not impossible. All shareholders should be excited but wary of the relationship with PDN whilst the two companies strategy in relation to each other remains outside the public and shareholders domain.
