currently new op and bell ixl each have 1 representative on the board so it is an interesting situation as each company wants control .Doesn't seem like a workable arrangement though .bell and new op have different ideas for the company so I can't see them working together for long.
I notice that the change in sub holding today was new op buying the challenger shares for 21c that it was originally going to purchase for 27c if it got all its representatives on the board.
I would like to know what is happening about the business that the directors of gli said they would buy if the board did not change(has lost one gli director-George Lloyd-voted out at gm)They should issue a statement to clarify this issue.
I imagine there will be a takeover offer soon from New op or bell
