I reckon the confidentiality agreement is with Galaxy. The test work didn't say it was new, just that it had been done? Galaxy have big plans for Ledidico's technology . Could this be Galaxy simply doing their due diligence with the promise of a big tip in to substantiall fund phase 1 in Sudbury should the output be as expected.
If it's a new player than that's also very cool with me. Either way I'm loving a bit of intrigue and mystery, until some big announcements drop march /April next year !
