Flurry, do some research and read what is said..Toho has given their blessing for this merger...About in all 80% is owned by 20 shareholders of all shares..the merger will be completed in JULY....CBH is merging with PEM unless a better offer is presented...will it be NO>>>CBH merges with PEM in JULY as per ASX announcements..period..I dont care now about the SP in CBH as it looks a done deal..the retail investors will have no say as the big boys have already decided..a friendly merger..PERIOD
