Hi Deansy,
I don't see him going for a TO of Karoon, I just imagine that he would increase his investment to the max permissible. The company is extremely well run with incredibly good prospects, so I just don't see the advantage for him to go all out. Besides which, it would take a lot more than $650m to take out KAR imo.
