Also,...the CEO of PEM has steped down and the CEO of CBH will take over the top position..if the price is 40c or 30c no matter as the parties have agreed on a 3 CBH shares for 1 PEM share...as I said before..if NO BETTER offer the deal is done by july...also a 1PEM option for $2 for every9CBH shares and also 1 for 20 Kimberley metals for free....so..I cannot see anyone else coming into the equasion...but a done deal..as far as the SP...who cares as ALL EYES WILL BE ON PEM..Period
