As an ex holder, perhaps an update on the Company Loan Share Plan (and financial assistance) to the Board, Non-Exec. Director fees, Bergen shareholder approval, the potential issue of performance shares, plus the 18/19 remuneration report ... just to name a few.
As a reference, in 17/18, Benjamin Bell, as per latest Annual Report, received $1.31m (inclusive of share-based payments).
