I did read your post & in it you stated that you would, to your mind, be virtuous if everyone else did too or before you, in a sense implying that you only do something you’re kind of objecting to because everyone else does- a very neat trick. Thereby implying that others are not as good as you would be if they weren’t the way they are. ( hopefully you don’t live in an area with high crime rates as by your own rationale you’d be joining in ).
