    Pardon my ignorance, but whilst this Supreme Court decision is fantastic, isn't this an entirely separate issue from the patent re-examination? I still don't understand what the outcome of the USPTO re-examination was. It seems to me that the Graham patent is under dispute. This is their major patent and the whole reason I invested with them in the first place. Please, can anyone clarify?
