Correct, the government has set up special schemes in which people that desperately need cannabis medicines can access it. One of these schemes is the authorised prescriber scheme. This it what cannepil has been approved for, access through an authorised prescriber. They arent able to be prescribed by any doctor until it has gone through clinical trials and becomes registered. Then any gp or doc can prescribe it like any other medicine.
