No, is not my broker, they have my data anyway!

Note that I am in Europe and thus things might be a bit different then for Australians. I think all Australian based investors are directly visible. Whereas I am trading through some intermediary. E.g. I can participate in CRs but I can never buy directly, this always goes through my broker. So from time to time I receive these notices that for company XYZ they had to disclose me as owner of NNN shares in the company. But I have never been able to figure out any correlation between these notices and CRs or TOs or whatever. And also I only receive those for ASX listed companies, never for my European investments nor for my Canadian investments...
