I went to a lot of time and effort on the PROPERTY thread on Hotcopper to show how these scenarios will not happen.

I invited all the "40% drop" people to come and provide reasoned arguments and show where I was wrong. Not a single one was able to do it.

Has that stopped unsubstantiated ranting and raving? Has that stopped wishful renters from indulging their fantasies here in HC?
