Hmmm.. interestingly, the signatory to this Directors Report is neither the Chairman nor co-founder and Executive Director, Spiro Sakiris. 

For some reason they preferred to get the recently appointed related company executive and first time ASX-listed Director (or possibly director of any type of non-IQ group company), Jemena Hurtado to sign off.

Might be nothing, or might be an indication of something else?
